Glad to hear you did your homework However, we always learn with ferrets ! So .. the more you know, the better it is for both you and your future ferret(s). If you didn't already read the following articles, I strongly suggest you to do so : 1- What Pet Stores don't tell you by Tressie Dutchyn : www.flsatlanticcanada.org/whatpetstoresdonttellyou2- This is actually a video but it comes highly recommended for anyone with ferrets. Relevant information on distemper and adrenal disease : vimeo.com/165662533- My favorite books : Ferret (Animal Planet Pet Care Library) by Vickie McKimmey 2008 and Ferrets for Dummies 2nd edition by Kim Schilling There are also a bunch of info and new finddings on this forum, so enjoy ! & Good luck in your search !

i also find around here(i live in fredericton) that if they put ferrets on kijiji they will often take new to nothing for them or give them away if u can show u can give them a good home everytime i see and ad in fred/monton/saintjohn i usually respond casue i'm a sucker who doesn't want them to go to a home that is not prepared for ferrets
