Hey everyone, I am watching someones fuzzball for four months,
I am just wondering if there is any special care I need to give him, considering he is not in a familiar place. Will this go well or will he become depressed? He is four years old.
He is staying in his own cage with his own things, and now he has a playmate for a few months. I will be keeping them in separate cages but letting them out to play together.
Any tips will be greatly appreciated.

He will simply need as much love and attention than your own baby Make sure you have his vet phone number and information, just in case. If your friend's ferret has never seen a vet, check if he has ear mites or any other parasites. You might consider keeping your furkids aways from your little companion if he does have ear mites as its highly contagious. Maybe its better to keep them seperate anyways so they will not become very close (its not a good idea to seperate a pair as they may become depressed and such). Anyhow .. Make sure you take good care of both and they will both be happy
