 URGENT!! my ex & his girlfriend just moved into a mobile&there is a ferret living there.it is going in&out of the house thru the dry vent,it comes in to eat.it first showed up on his girlfriends lap,while she was on computer,then she screamed.now its to scrared of people.they do not want it,but are feeding it meat,veggies. any other suggestions on what they can do?we do not want it living outdoors where it could get hurt.we have no idea were its from,age,sex,nothing. any help would be great. thank you

What area do they live in? If it is in the Moncton area there are a few people that are members of the Ferret Lovers Society of Atlantic Canada one of them may be able to help them out. Advise them not to leave veggies out for this little guy to eat as they are not able to properly digest veggies the are strict carnivores and should only be eating meat.

What colour is the ferret? If it is all white with a black tip on its tail and is about 6-8 inches in length, then they have a weasel. This can happen in a mobile home where there is an easy way in.
